Quarterly Reporting Discontinued
SCC leadership has decided that quarterly reports, set out as a deliverable under Section 2(E) of the SCC-County contract for VSP implementation, are no longer required, effective immediately.
Two-Year Report
The 2-year status report provides the county and work group with a forum for updating the public on the VSP implementation progress made during each biennium. All VSP counties have the same deadline for submitting the report.
Five-Year Report
10-Year Report
10-year reports will be due from 2024-26. Due dates based on when your county adopted the program.
