Reporting Guides & Templates

VSP counties are required to provide two-year and five-year reports. Learn about deadlines, reporting requirements, and view examples of past reports below.

Two-Year Reports

The 2-year status report provides the county and work group with a forum for updating the public on the VSP implementation progress made during each biennium. All VSP counties have the same deadline for submitting the report. The next 2-year report is due Aug. 30, 2025.

Quarterly Reporting Discontinued

Quarterly reports were discontinued in 2023.

Five-Year Reports

VSP reports are due every 5 years. VSP is now entering a 10-year report cycle spanning from July 2024 - 2026.
